By accessing or using Mynos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Services.
Mynos is owned and operated by MYNOS SAS, a company incorporated under the laws of France with its registered office at 73 Avenue Ledru Rollin, 75012 Paris (“Mynos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Services Provided
Mynos provides an artificial intelligence-powered knowledge assistant designed to enable users to retrieve information from various integrated data sources efficiently. The Services are offered on a subscription basis, with different pricing plans available depending on the user’s needs.
Mynos reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue certain functionalities at its sole discretion, provided that such changes do not materially degrade the core functionality of the Services.
User Eligibility and Account Responsibility
To use Mynos, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Mynos shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Subscription, Fees, and Payment
Mynos operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of purchase.
- Billing and Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your subscription.
Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to Mynos, including but not limited to software, algorithms, trademarks, and all associated content, remain the exclusive property of Mynos and its licensors.
Users retain ownership of any content or data uploaded to the platform but grant Mynos a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process such content strictly for the purpose of providing the Services.
Data Privacy and Security
Mynos processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mynos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
Mynos’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Services in the preceding six (6) months.
Termination
Mynos reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Services if they violate these Terms. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
Amendments
Mynos reserves the right to update these Terms at its sole discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via email or a notice on the Website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
