For Taximoove, a French taxi company, we shipped the full software chain: iOS & Android customer app, iOS & Android driver app, back-office, in-house dispatch and real-time tracking. An Uber- or Taxi G7-style product, run by an independent taxi team.
Taximoove is a taxi company that made a simple observation: its customers were increasingly using foreign mobility apps that take a hefty commission on every ride and impose their rules on drivers. The team wanted to offer customers the same experience as those platforms, without depending on them: 3-tap booking, real-time driver tracking, ratings, history.
The brief was to ship in parallel a web app, an iOS & Android mobile app and a back-office, all operable by a non-technical team and compatible with French regulatory constraints for passenger transport.
The main customer channel, Uber-style: 3-tap booking, driver tracking, rating, history.
For customers who don't want to install the app: book directly from the website, shareable link, advance booking.
A dedicated app for drivers (ride posting, acceptance, navigation, shared pot) and a dashboard to steer the fleet.
Beyond the functional scope, the project required rigour on three points where mobility apps often fail:
Second-by-second geolocation. The customer sees the driver advance on their map without refresh, like on Uber.
Ride attribution algorithm: proximity, current load, rating, driver preferences. Not a simple “first available”.
Drivers in the same group post their rides and share revenue through a common pot. If a driver can't honour a ride, the in-house dispatch automatically reassigns it to another driver in the network.

“We wanted to offer our customers the same experience as the foreign platforms, without depending on them. Mynos shipped the three apps with a small team and a calendar that held — that’s rare.”
